These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 58ph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions. By creating an account or using any 58ph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

21+ Age Requirement
All 58ph accounts and gaming services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and all funds returned after deduction of any associated costs.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on 58ph. Multiple accounts per individual — whether registered under different names, emails, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All 58ph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and time limits. Bonus terms are published in full on the individual promotion pages. Attempting to exploit bonus structures violates these Terms.
Withdrawal Processing
58ph processes verified withdrawals to GCash under 15 minutes on average. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, AML checks, or bonus wagering completion. 58ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ph login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 58ph support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
Fair Play Certification

Access to and use of the 58ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform.
- Age: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines as required under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 58ph operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
- Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 58ph Platform is lawful in your location.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 58ph, any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion programme, or any equivalent programme in another jurisdiction.
- Employment: You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 58ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by 58ph management.
- Personal Use: You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment only. Commercial wagering, acting as an agent for a third party, or using the Platform for any business purpose is prohibited.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 58ph Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether through shared personal information, shared payment methods, shared device identifiers, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:
- Suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice;
- Forfeiture of all Bonus Balances across all accounts;
- Potential forfeiture of Real Money Balances subject to investigation findings; and
- A permanent ban from the 58ph Platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information — including falsifying your name, date of birth, nationality, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where offered;
- Log out from shared or public devices after every session;
- Notify 58ph support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Transfers. 58ph accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, loan, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds within it to another person. Any attempted transfer will render the account subject to immediate suspension.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), 58ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC verification is also required when deposit or wagering activity reaches certain thresholds as specified by applicable regulations.
4.2 Required Documentation. 58ph may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
- A copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification (Philippine System ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PRC licence);
- A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document;
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days);
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (GCash screenshot, bank statement, or official bank certificate); and
- Source of funds documentation, where transaction volumes warrant further review.
4.3 Verification Timeline. Standard KYC review at 58ph is completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission of complete documentation. Complex cases may require up to five (5) business days. 58ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC, and this does not constitute a breach of any obligation owed to the Player.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. If a Player fails or refuses to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period, 58ph may suspend or terminate the account and return the deposited Real Money Balance to the originating payment method after appropriate due diligence.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 58ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any applicable limits:
- GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100);
- PayMaya / Maya;
- BPI Online Banking;
- BDO Online Banking;
- Metrobank Online Banking; and
- UnionBank Online Banking.
5.2 Player-Owned Accounts. All payment accounts used to deposit funds to 58ph must be registered in the same name as the 58ph account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned to their source and potential account suspension.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the 58ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Where a payment provider processes transactions in another currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.4 Deposit Limits. 58ph provides voluntary deposit limit tools accessible from account settings. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals of Real Money Balances are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account has an active Bonus Balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements, unless the Player forfeits the Bonus Balance.
6.2 Processing Times. 58ph targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests:
- GCash: average under 15 minutes from approval;
- PayMaya / Maya: average under 30 minutes from approval;
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank: same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on banking days, or by the next banking day for requests submitted after the cut-off.
These timelines are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to payment provider network issues, AML review requirements, incomplete KYC, or bank processing backlogs beyond the control of 58ph.
6.3 Withdrawal Destination. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account owned by and registered in the name of the 58ph account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 58ph reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source rather than a nominated withdrawal account where this is operationally required for compliance purposes.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at 58ph is ₱500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified standard accounts, though high-value withdrawals above ₱100,000 may be subject to additional documentation requests and processing time.
6.5 Withdrawal Verification. 58ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification — including requesting source of funds documentation, enhanced due diligence, or identity re-verification — before processing any withdrawal. This right is exercised in accordance with our AML obligations and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available through the 58ph Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in relation to the specific bonus only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general principles apply to all 58ph bonuses:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
- During active bonus play, a maximum bet limit applies — typically ₱500 per spin or round. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Table games and live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slot games (typically 100%). Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page;
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit; and
- 58ph reserves the right to decline a bonus request or cancel a bonus at any time if it determines that the eligibility criteria have not been met.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of perceived loopholes, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. 58ph reserves the right to confiscate all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend or terminate the account.
8.1 Game Availability. 58ph reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of any specific game cannot be guaranteed. Where a game is removed or suspended, any active game sessions will be resolved at the point of suspension using the last recorded game state.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, the results of any affected round may be void. 58ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and restore affected balances, but cannot guarantee the restoration of any specific bet or session state. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all 58ph game titles.
8.3 Certified Random Number Generators. All game outcomes on the 58ph Platform are determined by certified random number generators provided by licensed and independently audited game studios. 58ph does not alter, influence, or have access to modify RNG outputs. Published RTP (return to player) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.4 Sports Betting Integrity. All sports betting markets on 58ph are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. Suspected match-fixing, collusion, or integrity violations in any event will result in the voiding of affected markets and immediate account review for any player found to have benefited from such events.
8.5 Disputes on Game Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 58ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round or event. Game result disputes submitted after this window cannot be reviewed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58ph Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, betting market, or Platform feature;
- Engaging in collusion with other players in any poker, card game, or betting market;
- Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of gaming fraud;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain and failing to report them to 58ph;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account;
- Engaging in systematic chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any Platform component;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your 58ph account to any third party; and
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 58ph staff or other players.
10.1 Legal Obligations. 58ph is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended by Republic Act No. 10365 and other applicable amendments, as well as all implementing rules and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR. Compliance with these obligations is non-negotiable and takes precedence over any other commercial consideration.
10.2 Suspicious Transaction Reporting. 58ph is legally required to report suspicious transactions and covered transactions to the AMLC. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that 58ph may report your account activity to regulatory authorities without prior notice to you where legally required to do so.
10.3 Funds Origin. You warrant that all funds deposited to your 58ph account originate from lawful sources. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, illegal gambling, or any other unlawful source constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
10.4 Account Freeze. 58ph reserves the right to freeze an account and withhold the associated balance pending investigation where AML, fraud, or compliance concerns arise. The duration of any freeze will not exceed what is reasonably required to complete the investigation or comply with regulatory requirements.
11.1 Commitment. 58ph is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — when it becomes anything else, 58ph provides the tools and support for players to regain control.
11.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 58ph account holders at no charge via Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose per day, week, or month.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that remind you how long you have been playing.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). The restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be lifted during the cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 58ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the minimum period chosen. For self-exclusion assistance, contact 58ph support via live chat.
11.3 Age Restriction. All 58ph gaming services are strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. 58ph employs age verification at registration, KYC review, and ongoing monitoring to detect underage access. Any player who suspects a minor is accessing the Platform is encouraged to report this to 58ph support immediately.

12.1 Ownership. All content on the 58ph Platform — including but not limited to the 58ph logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game assets (to the extent owned by or licensed to 58ph), and software — is the intellectual property of 58ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and internationally.
12.2 Limited Licence. 58ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted.
12.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written permission of 58ph. Unauthorised use of 58ph intellectual property constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
13.1 Service Availability. 58ph makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and third-party service disruptions (including payment provider downtime and internet service provider failures) may affect Platform availability. 58ph will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 58ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost wagering opportunities, or losses arising from Platform downtime.
13.3 Cap on Liability. Where 58ph is found to be directly liable for any loss or damage suffered by a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of 58ph to that Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their 58ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Gaming Losses. 58ph is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by a Player as a result of normal gameplay. All gaming is conducted at the Player's own risk. The house edge and RTP of all games are published transparently, and Players are expected to understand the mathematical nature of gambling before participating.
14.1 Data Processing. 58ph processes your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how 58ph collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
14.2 Consent. By registering an account with 58ph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be directed to 58ph support.
14.3 Regulatory Disclosures. Notwithstanding any privacy rights, 58ph is required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other government authorities upon lawful request. Such disclosures do not require prior notice to the Player.
15.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 58ph account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any pending withdrawals must be resolved. Real Money Balances will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable period following account closure.
15.2 Termination by 58ph. 58ph may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
- Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe;
- Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; or
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
15.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, 58ph reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Balances and, where fraud or material breach is established, all Real Money Balances. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose before the termination date.
16.1 Internal Complaint Process. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 58ph service, you should first contact the 58ph support team via live chat or email. 58ph will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
16.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the 58ph compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final response within ten (10) business days.
16.3 Regulatory Complaint. If the matter relates to regulatory compliance, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR. 58ph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
16.4 Dispute Limitation Period. You must raise any dispute or complaint regarding a specific transaction or game result within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. 58ph is not obliged to investigate complaints submitted after this period.
17.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or their subject matter or formation. The foregoing notwithstanding, 58ph may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
18.1 Right to Amend. 58ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
18.2 Notification. 58ph will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players of material changes to these Terms via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
18.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 58ph Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
